This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for donations or payments made through our platform.
As a charitable organization, funds received are allocated immediately towards ongoing educational and community initiatives. Therefore, donations made to CONNECT INDIA ORGANIZATION are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe that your account has been charged more than once for the same donation, please contact us. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment.
If an error occurs during the donation/payment process (such as incorrect amount charged due to technical issues), kindly inform us with transaction details, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
In case of unauthorized use of your debit/credit card or payment method, please notify both your bank/payment provider and us immediately so that corrective measures can be taken.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction date. Please provide the following details to process your request:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider’s policies.
Please note that if you have received a tax exemption certificate (80G/12A) against your donation, we will not be able to process a refund, as the contribution has already been claimed for tax purposes.
